KillCountAI Terms of Use

KillCountAI is a scoring and performance tool for clay target shooters, operated by Proshot Systems, Inc. By creating an account or using the website or apps you agree to these terms.

Accounts are for users aged 18 and over. Junior shooters are scored by their coach or club under the adult's account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for the accuracy of the scores and information you enter.

Scores, analytics, badges, and rankings shown in KillCountAI are informational. For organised competitions, the official result is the one confirmed by the event organiser or governing body, and their decision stands in any dispute.

Do not misuse the service: no interfering with other users' data, no scraping or automated access, and no deliberately entering false scores. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You can report another shooter, the name they display, or a coaching answer from the menu next to it in the app. Reports are reviewed by a person, and we do not tell the reported shooter who reported them.

You can block another shooter at any time. A blocked shooter cannot send you buddy requests and does not appear in your buddies, head to head or squad suggestions. They still appear in official club and organisation standings you both shot, because leaving a competitor out would make those results wrong.

If we suspend an account, the person is told why, keeps the ability to export their data and delete their account, and can appeal by email to hardus@killcount.ai. We lift a suspension if the appeal shows we got it wrong.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

If you subscribe on the website, we bill you through our payment provider and you cancel from your billing page. If you subscribe inside the iPhone, iPad or Android app, Apple or Google Play bills you, and you cancel in your Apple account subscription settings or the Google Play Subscriptions centre.

The service is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law that cannot be removed. To the extent permitted by law, Proshot Systems, Inc. is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app, including scoring disputes at events.

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Agreeing to these terms is not consent to marketing; we ask for that separately where it is needed.

You can close your account at any time from the account area in the app, or from Delete your account, which explains what is deleted, what is kept in an anonymised form for club competitions, and what happens to a paid subscription.
